General Manager - Debt Financing - Infrastructure

Our client is a PE backed infrastructure company, based out of Mumbai. We are currently hiring for the position of Debt Finance with the following skillset -

- Identify, evaluate, and secure debt financing opportunities from a variety of sources, including banks, financial institutions, bond markets, and government agencies.

- Optimize debt structuring to minimize borrowing costs and maximize financial flexibility

- Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with debt financing, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.

- Create and maintain detailed financial models to assess the impact of different debt financing scenarios

Qualification & Requirements :

- CA/ MBA Qualification

- 10-12 of post-qualification experience

- Experience in manufacturing or infrastructure industries

- Advanced Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and debt structuring

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
