General Manager - Operations
Location: Bangalore

- You have the ability to own a product end-to-end, and affect world-class delivery at scale

- You have a good understanding of the analytics space, and the roles that analytics, data science, and data engineer professionals play
- You have experience building and managing high-caliber operations teams (a team of at least 10 people who report directly to you)
- You have client-facing (internal or external clients) and can defend your decisions with well-thought-out justification

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include (and not limited to):
- Manage and grow the global AI & ML programs for the org
- Plan program execution to 5000+ students spread across the country and more than 10 countries outside India
- Build and execute to monthly and weekly plans that build up to annual objectives
- Build a fool-proof execution engine (processes and people) across internal teams and 100+ external contributors
- Plan and execute content production, learning delivery with a network of world-class faculty and industry experts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the learning experience decisively and thoughtfully
- Scan the industry and educational institutions to learn about and design world-class learning experiences for the students
- Keep yourself continually up to date with the latest developments in data science, careers in the areas, and students' priorities
- Lead cross-team projects to ensure that this is simply the best product in the world - work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Recruit and grow the team as necessary to execute at scale
- Grow and maintain relationships with industry experts in the area
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines, MBA preferred
- Min 7 years of professional experience, at least 3 of which have been in a role managing sizeable teams
- Have handled P&L Responsibility in past
