KRA at least but not limited to - Responsible for strengthening Cyber Security backbone, proactively identifying potential Cyber Risks and ensuring secure Governance posture&nbsp; &nbsp;- Aligning Business Objective with Information Security Objectives to meet the management goal&nbsp; &nbsp;- Well versed with various laws and regulatory requirement pertaining to Cyber Security&nbsp; &nbsp;- Developing strategies to handle security incidents and trigger investigations&nbsp; &nbsp;- Hands-on experience in Cyber Security - Strategy &amp; Transformation, Resilience, and Crisis Management and IT Risk Advisory etc. - Hands-on experience of Information/ Cyber Security Management System end-to-end implementation and management&nbsp; &nbsp;- Hands-on experience of Information/ Cyber Security Risk Assessment and Management, Third-Party Risk Management&nbsp; &nbsp;- Well-versed with Information/ Cyber Security Policies and Procedure Documentation and Management, Auditing and Reporting&nbsp; &nbsp;- Knowledge of various Regulatory and Statutory Information/ Cyber Security Compliances pertaining to NBFCs &nbsp; - Hands-on experience on Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Management&nbsp; &nbsp;- Well-versed with mapping various compliances with organizational business objectives&nbsp; &nbsp;- Must be able to formulate Business Continuity Plan and carry out the Business Impact Analysis&nbsp; - Sound process knowledge of IT Infrastructure covering NOC, Datacenter, Backup, Helpdesk and Application Development will be preferred&nbsp; &nbsp;- Candidate with CISA/ CISM, PCI-DSS certification shall be preferred&nbsp; &nbsp;- Must have excellent communication skill, creative thinker and multi-tasking along with analytical bent of mind who can provide analysis report to senior management JOB specification : - Candidate should be at least Graduate/ BE/ Diploma in Information Technology, ISO27001:2015 JOB Description, at least but not limited to Candidate should be responsible for following activities, but not limited to: - Creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of information security technologies&nbsp; &nbsp;- Performing IT security risk assessments and reporting on ways to minimize cyber threats&nbsp; &nbsp;- Conducting a continuous assessment of current IT security practices and systems and identifying areas for improvement&nbsp; &nbsp;- Periodically evaluate and review the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System - Creating, updating Policies, Procedure, Guidelines and checklists pertaining to various regulatory compliance&nbsp; - Devising strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks&nbsp; &nbsp;- Implementing an effective process for the reporting of security incidents&nbsp; &nbsp;- Planning and conducting internal Information Security Audit and reporting to the management periodically&nbsp; - Performing Risk Assessment with respective SPOC and preparing Risk Register&nbsp; &nbsp;- Complying with the latest regulations and compliance requirements&nbsp; &nbsp;- Mapping the various compliance requirements and conducting gap assessment vis-a-vis implementation posture and ensuring their closure with respective process SPOC&nbsp; &nbsp;- Championing and educating the organization about the latest security strategies and technologies&nbsp; In addition, to be considered for this position preference will be given to the candidates meeting the following criteria: - Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills&nbsp; &nbsp;- Having analytical and troubleshooting skills&nbsp; &nbsp;- Ability to balance multiple tasks with demanding deadlines&nbsp; &nbsp;- Highly motivated &amp; self-directed and able to interact directly with cross-functional teams Work Experience: At least 15 years of experience in the Information/ Cyber Security domain
