General Manager - Customer Experience Electric vehicle start-up is looking for a hands-on customer experience executive, who would spearhead the firm's reach to customers ensuring customer delight and build a solid feedback mechanism for the firm's success. A General Manager in this role will perform and posses: 1. Plan, Strategies and implement customer experience. 2. Have a proven track record in creating short and long term service standards and operational policies/procedures. 3. Have a proven track record of nurturing partnership with various working groups at different levels within the firm. 4. Should carry excellent capabilities in generating and maintaining Client Relationship (Internal as well as External), good at making and maintaining Public Relations together with strong influencing skills. 5. Attention to detail: Ability to visualize the bigger picture, keen eye for details to craft solutions to build compelling value proposition for the customer along with yield revenue growth for the firm. - Candidates with past "AND" current designation in Customer Experience should only apply. - 5 to 7 yrs of Customer Experience is a must have for this role. - Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges will be given preference.
