Position: GM - CRM

JD:

- Offering post-sales services to customers

- Booking the sale in the system

- Generating Receipts, Demand Letters, Interest Letters

- Send Payment Reminders

- Executing agreements & co-ordinated with the agent for the Challan Generation

- Make collection calls along with interest calls & achieve the target

- Send Welcome Kit & Welcome E-mailers & make Welcome Calls

- Handle escalations & complaints

- Make reports weekly & monthly through ERP & MIS

- Check both reports & performed re-conciliation

- Referral Bookings

- Take care of the CPRM Department, registered old & new Brokers

- Maintain good relations with them so as to achieve more bookings

- Handle the project from Pre-launch to construction stage

- Handle a team of CRM executives

- Training & development responsibilities

- Generate all documentation

- Co-ordination with Lenders
