Key Responsibilities : - PoC for internal/external constituencies on matters pertaining to UBS Sales Heads- office - Lead Agenda for Senior Exec. meetings, assist scheduling, attend UBS Leadership meetings as adjunct member. Represent UBS Sales Head in designated meetings, coordinate agenda of sr. management meetings. Follow up on actions - Communicate directly/on behalf of UBS Sales Head with Sales Leadership/external stakeholders on programmes/initiatives - Research, prioritize, follow up on incoming issues, incl. sensitive ones. Determine appropriate action, referral, or response - Inform UBS Sales Head of upcoming commitments. Act as "barometer" having a sense for the issues taking place to keep him updated - Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressure - Participate in meetings, discuss traction on projects/proactively identify issues - Assess inquiries directed to UBS Sales Head, determine further action &amp;delegate acc. - Organize reviews to track performance for biz deliverables with Fin, Sales, Prod, MM etc - Analyse performance reports; Review dashboards/reports; Prepare analysis/presentations basis performance reviews - Run annual budget cycle with Finance &amp; Business Operations - Create/update dashboards to track changes in metrics performance. - Collaborate with Sales, MM, Marketing, Fin etc to provide market insights&amp; strategy recommendations - Carry out secondary research, analyse data, create framework to monitor key macro/micro trends as per market &amp; UBS Sales Heads requests - Define/research new ideas, biz opportunities - Support thru data gathering, info analysing &amp;present considerations - Design &amp;execute comm. strategy with Marketing team for external messaging &amp; with BU HR for internal emp engagement - Draft material for key internal/external Sales CXO meetings Requirement : - A multi-faceted professional, a brilliant communicator and organiser, a proven leader and cultivator of engaged and high-performing teams, a natural problem solver and relationship builder. - Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed. - Entrepreneurial: You spot opportunities to drive growth for our brand and our customers, making sure the Company's brand is always protected, enhanced, and elevated - Proactive and open: As a team, we embrace new ideas, challenges and change with positivity and a hands on approach - Should have experience in strategy / analytics - Knowledge of wholesale voice / A2P / SCCP is preffered. - Exposure towards working in the RFP cases - Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred.
