Job Title: General Manager, Corporate Strategy
JD:
1. The Strategy Manager will be a key anchor in the strategy team. She/ He will work as an independent leader under the guidance of the Head of Strategy & Alliances and the CEO to help develop the annual strategic plan for the company, advise individual members on their functional strategies, take part in a diverse number of critical high-impact projects such as new product launches, Transformation, Post-merger integrations
2. He/ She will also personally lead and execute 1-2 complex cross-functional projects that have high impact. As an example some of these projects could be - implementing NPS across business units, developing a new product for home entertainment with 3 different functional teams, digitizing a business unit to cut complexity and improve customer experience, simplifying products and pricing etc
3. Lead 1-2 cross functional high-impact projects related to the GPS - projects will be assigned based on the candidates interest and a cross-functional team consisting of experts and delivery team will be assembled along with regular governance
4. Own 1-2 critical alliance relationships - this will require the candidate to fully own relationships with organizations with which has deep long-standing relationships. In this role, the candidate will act as the account manager for those relationships and deliver the partnership agenda. He/ She will do this by navigating the organization and ensuring on-time delivery through other teams, take ownership of new areas and shape or incubate them with help of a small team till they can be transferred to regular BUs
