1.Background of the Client : It is India's largest single location integrated manufacturing facility of over 110,000 square meters. The captive steel foundry is dedicated to manufacture only valve castings. Metallurgy includes Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel & Super Duplex Stainless Steel & Exotic Alloy Grades like Hastelloy Inconel etc.

2 Location : Ahmedabad (Near Kalol)

3. Position : General Manager Human Resources

4. Job Responsibilities: As a GM HR you will be responsible for the entire Plant HR Operations which includes Statutory Compliances and Talent Acquisition .You will be also responsible for the following :-

- Should be good in HR Policy formation based on business requirement.

- Good in organization development.

- Very good in sourcing the right talent and on time closure of vacant position.

- Should be very prompt in learning and development of employees.

- Very good and sharp in PMS.

- Good in employee engagement and succession planning.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

- Identifying the training needs and conducting Training and development program for the employees

- Cross-functional departmental training and H.R. induction within 7 days of joining.

- Leadership programs and facilitate leadership intervention for top future and early leadership.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

- Set up a Performance Management System from scratch level and develop Balance Score Card for Leaders in the organization.

- 360-degree feedback system for Managers and below.

- Quarterly review system.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

- Articulating the vision, mission & values, and instituting processes to pioneer the alignment of HR policies & strategies with organizational branding and employee bonding, spearheading the set-up of the HR Department at the zone from the scratch level.

- Steering various employee motivation, reward & recognition programs thereby instituting measures for enhancing employee retention

- Organizing Employee Engagements & OD Programs like Reward & Recognition Programs, Annual Sports Day, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Awards Functions, Fun @ Work, Outbound Activities, Corporate Tie-ups & Facilities
