General Manager - Corporate HR - Retail (9-12 yrs)
The role and specifics are as under
- 9-11 Yrs of business/corporate HR experience
- Tier 1 HR institute experience preferred
- Retail/ FMCG experience preferred
Job Summary:
- This position will provide executive-level competence and leadership on Capability Development, Engagement, Employer Branding & Internal communication, Reward and Recognition and Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
- He/she will be responsible for developing, enforcing, and evaluating processes, procedures, best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent development goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and manage Talent Development and OD interventions for the organization
- Employer Branding, Internal Communication
- Employee Engagement Surveys and action planning (internal & external)
- Townhalls and Reward and Recognition for the organization
- Global program management (business and support functions)
- D&I
- Annual conference
- Transformation & Automation
- Special projects
