General Manager - Corporate Finance/Fund Raising

The candidate would be a part of the finance function, which has responsibilities related to, inter-alia, Capital Raise (Debt and Equity), Investor Relations, Treasury Management, and relevant participation in business-related activities like M&A, etc.

- Develop and execute capital-raising strategies to support the financing needs of infrastructure projects.

- Identify and evaluate potential sources of capital, including equity investors and debt providers.

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the infrastructure finance community.

- Prepare investment materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and financial models, to effectively communicate the investment opportunity to potential investors.

- Conduct due diligence on prospective investors and negotiate terms of financing agreements.

- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in infrastructure finance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of capital-raising activities with project timelines, etc.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of capital raising processes and best practices within the organization.

- The candidate will be reporting into GM Finance which in turn reports to VP Finance.
