Corporate Finance Controller

Looking for GM - Corporate Finance Controller with min 22 yrs of work experience in handing Financial Reporting, Treasury, Taxation, Financial planning & Analysis, Shared Services, Subsidy and specific SBU finance.

Qualification: CA (First attempt)

Industry preference: Experience in manufacturing industry with multiple locations. Candidate with MNC background preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Corporate Finance operations and provide strong support to the company in achieving its financial objectives

2. Provide leadership and guidance to specific SBU finance operations.

3. Provide insights through Industry inputs & competition benchmarking

4. Oversee treasury & risk management practices, establish best in class Treasury operations

5. Evaluate and suggest tax planning opportunities for current operations and future expansion plans of the company.

6. Drive end to end process excellence through Shared Service Centre

7. Work with IT on Finance IT architecture and drive digital adoption

8. Support the CFO on working through Enterprise Risk Management Strategy for the company & prepare regular business risk assessments

9. Ensure timely, best in class financial reporting considering the listed company requirements. Ensure clean Audit report.

10. Develop, modify and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls within the shared service function.

11. Ensure timely tax and treasury compliances and right deployment of funds

12. Take a lead role in the annual planning, quarterly forecasting exercise for the company. Support in presentations of Management, Board and Committee meeting

13. Provide monthly / quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis

14. Monitor and drive working capital improvements

15. Ensure smooth and effective functioning of shared services.

16. Ensure IFC and ITGC controls in place
