General Manager - Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

Exploring avenues to raise necessary funding and reduce the interest costs

- To explore Additional funding & new financing ways for the company and its subsidiaries/JVs for various funding requirements & reduction in interest cost.

Credit Rating

- To provide data and explanation to carry out the rating process for Parent and its Subsidiaries.

Feasibility Reporting

- Analyze the new business opportunity, assess the financial saliency and recommendation for capital commitment

Commercials of Land Monetization Deal

- Preparation of commercial offer

- Fine tune the offer and Input to legal documentation

Validation of commercials

- Validation of new business proposals

- Making offer and negation for closure

Develop & maintain BP model

- Periodic validation of Business Plan and developing models for various business requirements

Compliances with financial covenants

- Proper understanding of Indenture & DTD compliances and ensuring the same

Deal Structuring

- Transaction Structuring to optimize the process risk

Educational Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) from reputed institutions with 15+ Years of Experience in Treasury and Corporate Finance function in large scale corporate/industrial establishment with fund raising experience of atleast 5000 Cr.
