The role is for a leading global organization in the consumer electronics segment

Our client is is looking to hire an corporate Communications Specialist to lead the internal communication for the company .

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with prior experience leading a team of writers and designers, and also interacting with other business stakeholders, and dealing with external agencies/vendors.

Role & responsibilities

- Building strategy and recommendations for most effective implementation of the communication programs to achieve business objectives.

- Adopt an integrated communications strategy that incorporates the broader influencer map.

A) Drive proactive articles in media in areas such as R&D, CSR, HR, manufacturing, B2B, Retail, Direct to Customer, Sustainability, Customer Service.

B) Increase visibility of CSR initiatives to enhance love and trust among MZ.

C) Drive Policy Communications on key advocacy areas for the brand.

D) Drive Thought Leadership for Client across key areas.

E) CEO communication, writing speeches, letters, creating newsletters.

F) Create strong visibility for Client's Direct to Consumer and B2B businesses to enhance sales.

G) Crisis mitigation and issues management across the company. Working closely with stakeholder across teams in crisis situations to ensure minimal reputation.

H) Manage client's Newsroom, with unique content that will help create awareness across the media universe as well as consumers..

I) Elevate brand through Digital PR. Drive interesting content on Client's Newsroom X handle that will resonate with Gen Z and millennials.

J) Manage PR agency team to ensure on-time and quality PR delivery across verticals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should be a communications professional with 18 to 20 years of total experience in implementing integrated communications strategy to support business goals and build brand reputation for global organizations.

- Media exposure is must, also must know PPT creation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to quickly understand the company culture.

- Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies.

- Should be highly organized and able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects
