General Manager - Corporate Affairs - Real Estate

A. Job Responsibility:

General Manager - corporate affairs will report to Head-Projects.

- Understand and advise investments for all approvals required for each investments, including costs and timeline

- Work out list of approvals and permissions required and obtain all approvals and permissions required for setting up, commencement and operation of the projects

- Work with external consultants (as applicable) or directly to obtain all approvals/permissions. Monitor and report on regular basis.

- Obtain all approvals/permissions required for commencement of operations and regular operations. Ensure all approvals permissions are up to date and renew as and when required.

B. Ideal Candidate Profile:

a) Qualification: Graduate / Engineer / Architect.

b) Experience: 17-22 years of exposure in a similar role in real estate development, preferable in Industrial SEZ, Commercial Malls, Warehousing parks, FTWZ, Industrial Buildings, Factory Buildings, Logistics Properties, Industrial Parks across multiple states/cities.

c) Well versed with all laws related to land acquisition, conversion, approvals/permissions for zone change etc. Actual experience and contacts at the local authority levels would be given preference

d) Well versed with all laws related to establishment of industrial projects, preferably across multiple states/cities.

e) Good network of consultants across various states/cities

f) Excellent written & oral communication skills.

g) Should be dexterous in generating accurate & timely reports for management review.

h) Mature in handling external agencies.

i) Should be a good team player.

j) Computer savvy. Ability to work in ERP system.

k) Willing to work hard and contribute in the company's growth.

l) Shall be from good background - honest, diligent and trustworthy.

m) Candidate must be looking for a long-term association with the company.
