General Manager - Content - EdTech

- At least 15+ years of experience in educational content, curriculum development and management.

- Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design & development of K-12 curriculum.

- Proficient in design and development of educational programs for wide range of audience.

- Good command on creativity design of higher education courses including instructional design to next level

- Considerable knowledge of current technology, trends, and developments in the field.

- Ability to mentor and train new team members, ability to hold high standards while also offering support and maintaining positive relationships.

- Assist the Content team with creative inputs to shape scripts

- Research contributions to child learning pedagogy preferred

- Build subject matter capability within the teams by bringing global best practices in pedagogy, design & quality assurance

- Proven working experience in designing & creating K-12 learning solutions

- Experience in Content generation using generative Ai

- Experience with content production, In-house production experience will be added advantage
