Location Andheri East

Experience- 10-12 years

Salary- upto 25 LPA

Mumbai candidates preferred. If the candidate is not from Mumbai, he/ she has to travel to Mumbai Head Office once in every quarter for 2-3 days on their own expenses if required.

MANDATORY-

- Education BE-IT/ BTech/ MTech/ MCA

- Professional certifications in latest IT programming languages (Preferred)

- Candidates with relevant experience in curriculum development/content development for IT courses only apply

- Training & Content development experience in IT industry is mandatory

Responsibilities-

- Lead the design team and drive the content team to develop all the Advanced IT courses like Python/ Java/ Full stack/ Cloud computing/ Hadoop Data Engineer/ Business Intelligence and the latest languages based on the market study

- Create guidelines and training and managing the reporting content developers (SMEs)

- Holistically craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience like case studies, projects, assessments, presentations etc

- Benchmark the curriculum with the industry requirement with focus of ensuring the job placement for freshers/ learners

- Be accountable for ensuring timely delivery of content by content developers by providing timely feedback

- Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences for the learners and real time industry related projects

- Design a process for ensuring 100% error-free content in a scalable manner

- Create mechanisms to measure the efficacy of the content developed

- Create summative and formative assessments to measure learning outcomes of the learners

- Implement project-based learning to help learners learn through projects and demonstrate expertise

Requirement Good Communication Skills (8/10) :

- 10-15 years of experience in Training and content development in IT industry/ domain

- A keen desire to develop/ drive team for developing Advanced IT courses with latest languages

- An obsession with designing the best learning experiences in Advanced IT courses like Python/ Azure & Google Cloud/ Data Analytics/ Java/ Full stack in Java/JavaScript etc.

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up learning outcomes and quality and shape it independently
