Roles and Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals and brand positioning.
- Identify key target audiences and create engaging content that resonates with them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights to inform content planning.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation and production of high-quality, compelling content across various formats (written, visual, audio, video) for different platforms and channels.
- Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Content Distribution and Promotion:
- Develop and execute effective content distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Utilize various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to distribute and promote content.
- Monitor content performance and analytics to measure the effectiveness of different distribution channels and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Communication Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively convey key messages and information internally and externally.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company when necessary and maintain strong media relations.
Common types of creatives and content that will be developed for diff media by the team under her/ him:
a) Print Media Ad creatives
b) Outdoor Media Billboard advertising creatives
c) Social Media Videos, live streaming, photos, influencer collaborations, interactive campaigns, etc
d) Events: Live content during events in malls like fashion shows, product launches, food festivals, music concerts, other interactive activities
e) You Tube - Multimedia content in the form of videos
f) Digital marketing: Paid Social Ads
g) Influencer marketing: Partnering with popular social media influencers or bloggers to create content.
h) Whatsp marketing
i) Enhance Marketing Communication, Videos , content
j) In Mall - In store communication, campaign / promotion communication on in-mall billboard sites

l) Blogs
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10-14 years of experience in Content, Creative and Communication
- Working with creative agencies and multiple stakeholders to develop and implement engaging content that is in sync with the company/ malls brand imagery and appealing to the target audience
- Knowledge of CRM, Website, Apps, Loyalty Program, Omni channel project implementation & management
