Amongst the various business lines, the Organization Consulting (Advisory & Valuation Services) has been actively involved in some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects in India since the liberalization of the economy. The product lines offered by Consulting division include:

- Business Plan & Feasibility Studies for large scale development & infrastructure projects including Special Economic Zones, Integrated Townships, Hotels, Retail Malls, Airports, Metro, amongst several other vertical segments

- Location/ Entry Strategies for some of the most prominent Indian and Foreign corporate houses with regard to their business operations, objectives, future business projections, manpower requirement etc.

- Privatization & Disinvestments on behalf of the Central and almost all State Governments

- Investments & Structured Finance including Investment Banking function of structuring Joint Venture arrangements and securing equity placements

- Valuation Services to establish the market value across all real estate classes and wide range of locations in India and the subcontinent for purposes ranging from take-overs, joint ventures, stock market listings, debt funding, location/relocation strategy, etc.

In the last ten years, the Consulting has undertaken over 850 advisory assignments over a geographically comprehensive portfolio of 85 cities across the Indian subcontinent and APAC- Middle East region.

Our Expectations

With Real Estate becoming increasingly organized in the country and with growing interest of foreign investments in the Indian Markets, Consulting is in the course of expanding its team, and is looking for professionals with well ground knowledge across management disciplines (Finance, Marketing, Dual Specializations) with working knowledge of fundamental financial concepts. We understand that the applicants might not have any prior exposure to the real estate industry.
