A leading Real Estate Focused Private Equity giant is seeking to hire the undersaid General Manager - Commercial Leasing Job Description : - Manage real estate transaction activities including business development, conduct and manage site tours, formulate commercial offers, assist in negotiations and closure - Prepare, recommend, and implement a transaction strategy for marketing and leasing of commercial project(s) - Cashflow understanding &amp; analysis - Source corporate clients by local and referred deals - Lead and manage existing tenant accounts - Liaise with Channel Partners, IPC members and local brokers to source leads - Independently formulate &amp; implement real estate marketing &amp; leasing plan in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals - Prioritization of assignments, adherence to company-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones - Work closely with Internal and client's team to ensure integration between the service lines - Monitor and closely track all transactional activities ensuring timely and smooth completion - Ensure quality data in terms of overviews /RFPS/templates/case studies/data management - Create MIS for local Business Development and track competition deals, vacancy, supply along with Market intelligence - Address and Resolve tenant issues/disputes and other concerns - Aggressive client follow-ups and internal timely Reporting Skills : - Geographical knowledge coupled with hands-on familiarity on market dynamics - Good corporate relationships and micro-market knowledge - Strong IPC and channel partner networking with ability to continue to nurture relationships - Adequate analytical &amp; presentation skills - Articulate, Street-smart, Pro-active, confident and good interpersonal skills - Hands on with MS Office (word, excel &amp; power point) - Good Business Development Skills
