Languages :-

Fluent spoken and written English, Hindi and Local language.

Job Description :-

1. Local Government Liaison:

Dealing officers from Collector's office, Revenue Authorities, water resource department, pollution control board, MPAKVN, liaisoning of central excise department, Sales Tax, VAT, Entry Tax. Etc. and any other Government Department.

2. Complete In charge of Purchase function at Jabalpur:

Like floating inquiries, quotations, commercial negotiations & record keeping follow up for deliveries, disposal of excess materials.

3. HR Function:

Recruitment, Performance appraisal, Job description

4. Systems & Procedures, Legal, Contracts, Agreements (All the departments)

5. Factory & office administration:

Housekeeping, guest house, hotel booking, travel arrangement, vehicle management, office stationery, maintaining office equipments, inward & outward post, security, compliance with statutory requirements, insurance.

6. Stores Department:

Raising indents, receiving the material, storage of materials, issue of material to user department, inventory statement and storage of scrap materials.
