Designation : GM-Commercial Division/Location :TLI/Mumbai

Summary:

Area of responsibilities:

- To be proficient in the Financial Management.

- Accounts & Commercial, Budgeting, Funding, Taxation, Banking Transactions

- MIS and providing policy directions for all F&A functions

- To prepare annual business plan, finalization of accounts, periodical financial reports, Accounting policies etc. and should involve in ERP accounting operation

- Project Financing and accounting

- Taxation, regulatory compliances and direct and indirect taxation

- Budgetary and cost control

- Inventory, Receivable and Asset Management for quarterly & annual audit to local /statutory auditor

Financial reporting and analysis, MIS, Cash Flow planning & improvement, working capital management, Audit, Budgeting, Costing, taxation, SAP and Corporate compliance
