General Manager Collections-(We need profiles which are mandatorily from MFI background and UP exposure is preferable)
Key Job Responsibilities (From Microfinance Background Only)
1. Identifying opportunities and designing initiatives for continuous improvement of customer collection processes and practices.
2. Ensuring close tracking and coordination with the branch leadership and on field team to ensure timely collections against the target.
3. Monitoring adherence to credit and collection processes and operations; implement opportunities for improvement.
4. Monthly review and audits.
5. Overseeing investigation of credit risk in customers and coordinate on action for credit applications with HO Credit team.
6. Design and implement processes to improve cash flow from various buckets (standard, overdue, hard) and reduce receivables.
Educational qualifications, Experience
1. Compensation Structure-As per industry standards
2. Graduation -Mandatory
3. PG -MBA's or any related professional degree preferable
4. Min Experience-Overall Experience of 10+ years with a mandatory experience in leading Collections in a Microfinance institution.
Skills required
1. High level of process orientation
2. Regular travel to field
3. Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
4. Experience in UP preferable
