- Co-founder experience + Consulting (Tier-1) OR Co founder (tier 1 colleges) - Building long term strategy for supply function - Leading key strategic projects which involves developing consumer proposition as well - Creating strategic annual biz plan for supply and monitoring progress on the same - Developing charter for value added services offerings for partners across their supply chain and growth - Owning partner nps and working with cross functional teams to drive improvement on the same - Work on building levers that enable restaurants to grow their business on swiggy across the order funnel along with building offline levers for growth - The role would require heavy interaction with the product team in building out the growth levers as well - Working closely with vendor product team to create to build products around restaurant growth, seller engagement, partner app and key projects - The role requires to analytically study and share insights for restaurant level consumer behaviour - In addition the role will also require to conduct short studies/experiments for supply led initiatives - Drive seller engagement activities to increase non transactional engagement with key partners - Lead communications - Strong Communication and Presentation Skills - Primary and Secondary research capabilities
