General Manager - City Head - Internet/Online

GM City_Nagpur/Ludhiana/Lucknow

This would also involve -

a) Plan, prioritize and execute sustainable solutions for user and merchant growth

b) Own the full stack of roles from supply, fulfillment, product experience, marketing and user growth

c) Work closely with the central services team and solve for long and short term issues with sustainable solutions

d) Sustain and grow the revenue by new merchant acquisitions and retention

e) Build and lead a layered sales team - formulate targets, city priorities and incentive plans, drive recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth and transfer of learning across the region

f) Develop plans for key accounts, manage their expectations and contribute towards client satisfaction

- To accomplish this we are looking for someone with - an aptitude for problem solving, ability for astute decision making and strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a high performing sales and account management team

Who fits the bill?

- Should have 4 to 6 years of experience with substantial experience in driving numbers, business development, account management and sales roles across industry

- Enjoys solving complex problems through analytical excellence and commercial acumen

- Has strong people skills with 2+ years of experience in managing and leading layered teams and budgets

- Proven track record of achieving targets - including planning, team management and execution of plans to achieve the desired 

business goals

- Should possess - strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get shit done

- Has good business judgment, strong prioritization skills, an unwavering focus, and the ability to multitask while working in a 

highly charged environment
