Location: Pune

Position Title: GM - Cash Management Operations

Number of Positions : 1

Reports to : VP (Operations)

Total Staff Controlled : 40+ (Direct and Indirect)

Position Summary : The incumbent will be responsible for managing Cash Operations on a Pan India basis.

Key Deliverables :

- Defining back-end processes based on SLA / SOW committed to Banks

- Managing and controlling back end cash operations WLA, BLA and MS accounts

- Managing cash management companies (CRA Agencies) for the operations and performance

- Responsible for automation of the processes by implementing necessary tools with the help of technology.

- Working with other support functions within cash management team to ensure smooth service delivery to the customers (Banks).

- Optimization and planning to ensure that the cash replenishment's (fills) are kept to minimum possible numbers. Maintaining cash efficiency ratio.

- Keeping tab on benchmarks / budgets and work towards cost reduction.

- Managing the consumables replenishment and costs

- Implementing and controlling the reconciliation function and ensuring that all shortages/ cash differences / thefts are addressed and accounted for in a timely manner

- MIS and reporting, Internal as well as Customer based on the frequency defined.

- Preparing the provisional cost and billing details to be forwarded to finance on last day of the month

- Cash forecasting and cash flow planning for WLA operations

- Identifying and highlighting the operational issues related to customers, vendors (external as well as internal) and ensuring resolution.

- Monitoring team performance and provide necessary grooming as and when required to ensure maximum productivity.

- Assertive, Analytical, with good organizational and communication skills. IT skills will be a definite plus point

Experience : Should have minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in managing Cash and Reconciliation operations for ATM's. Managing large team and multiple customers.
