General Manager - Business Process Improvement - Automotive

Job Description :

- Business Process Improvement : Carry out detailed Process study to identify Improvement Opportunities and align these with business users.

- Work with business functions to define Improvement Projects & carry out pilot projects if required before handing it over to business functions for scaling up.

- Collaborate with the IT function to continuously improve the ERP/other systems. Partner with the users in Process Innovations, process re-engineering efforts.

- Business Process Management: Review the business Processes & Identify Operational & Financial Risks. Design & Implement Process Controls to mitigate the risks.

- Defines the organizational structure of the project and the interfacing with the functional work streams associated with project tasks.

- Ensures accurate quality measurements and tools are implemented.

- Manages the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget

Educational Background : Any Graduate/MBA

Work Experience : 10 -15 Years

Functional/ Technical Competencies :

- Project Management, Process Improvement, Analysis.

- Hands on Profile Preferred vs profile more focused on Project Management
