General Manager - Business Process Excellence - Auto/Tyre Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Business Process Improvement: Carry out detailed Process study to identify Improvement Opportunities and align these with business users.

- Work with business functions to define Improvement Projects & carry out pilot projects if required before handing it over to business functions for scaling up.

- Collaborate with the IT function to continuously improve the ERP/other systems. Partner with the users in Process Innovations, process re-engineering efforts.

- Business Process Management: Review the business Processes & Identify Operational & Financial Risks. Design & Implement Process Controls to mitigate the risks.

- Defines the organizational structure of the project and the interfacing with the functional work streams associated with project tasks.

- Ensures accurate quality measurements and tools are implemented.

- Manages the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.

The scope of the Business Transformation role, will be primarily focused on transformation across the entire value chain from an Enterprise perspective.

The role will be dispassionately looking at the interdependencies across the various functions and geographies and align on a Road Map for implementation with regards to Process , Data , Technology and then prioritize the work streams , consistent with business /Enterprise Goals and Objectives.

Functional/ Technical Competencies :

- Project Management, Process Improvement, Analysis.

- Hands on Profile Preferred vs profile more focused on Project Management

- Education : BE (Preferred- industrial engineering) & MBA

- Experience : 10-15 years' experience needed, 3-5 years into business process improvement in big size projects.

- Experience into tools like Six sigma/ Lean management/ design thinking/ Agile management, etc.

- Work will include Process improvement study, suggesting solutions and implementing with end users.

- Can be from nay domain like supply chain, logistics, finance, sales & marketing.

Industry : Manufacturing or consumers into auto/non-auto both.
