General Manager/Business Head/CBO - P&L - Consumer Start-Up

Overall :

- This is a founder's office role. The role involves spearheading the business side of the organization at a consumer start-up in the beauty & personal care space.

- This will involve developing the strategy & roadmap for the organization, managing P&L, and assisting the senior leadership team in achieving the core objectives of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design & deliver business plans, expansion strategies, and manage P&L

- Identify emerging trends & recommend new company offerings to satisfy consumers

- Creating financial forecasts and projections along with other business-related plans and documents to optimize the revenue generation and profitability potential.

- Direct marketing efforts towards creating & increasing awareness in existing and new markets

- Will be responsible primarily for implementing strategies to significantly boost customer lead generation and will closely work with marketing, sales and product teams and focus on driving growth and winning prospects across all our products.

- Build & direct the team s efforts towards business growth

Qualification/ Experience :

- In terms of experience, the role is ideally suited to people with 9-12 years of post-MBA(from Top Tier institutes) experience.

- Experience in working in the beauty & personal care space or VC funded D2C startup or top tier consulting firm (example MBB) is required.
