General Manager - Business Finance Job description: 1. Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company's objectives. 2. Balance cost, risk, and service levels to deliver on finance organization's responsibilities. 3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide regular reports to the CEO and management team. 4. Lead and manage the MIS team, including automation and implementation of procedures for efficiency. 5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving measures. 6. Skills : - Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting with a CA, CWA, CPA certification or MBA in finance from a reputed institute. - 6-12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance of operations-intensive businesses/high-growth companies. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience in financial control, business planning, and MIS. - Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. - Ability to build teams, set SOPs, and execute projects with business and cross-functional teams. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business operations and the ability to lead a team in executing financial strategies that support the company's overall goals.
