General Manager - Business Finance & Investor Relations

Responsibilities

1. Refine the long-term financial model, with a strong emphasis on current financial data analysis, bring external insights through competition performance, analyst reviews, market movement etc.

2. Financial Modelling, Manage Due Diligence, and other related activities

3. Create / update pitchbook / investor presentations

4. Work closely with Accounts team for Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis

5. Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan

6. Develop and maintain performance metrics for the investor relations function

7. Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

8. Oversee day to day accounting & compliances Financial Planning, Reporting and supporting senior management for investor relations function

9. Drive process automation and standardization

10. Evolve business reporting to keep pace with changing business needs
