- Looking for a PG in Marketing with experience in Business Development/ New acquisition- Redevelopment Projects in Pune.

- Identifying, sourcing and acquiring lands / Redevelopment projects

- Identifying new development opportunities, across regions and evaluate the business feasibility in line with the business plan of the Company.

- Industry Connect is crucial Networking with Brokers/ IPCs/ Consultants / Developers/ PMC/ Land Owners on regular basis

- Preparing Technical/Financial and Marketing Feasibility studies of the new opportunities / proposed projects and getting it approved from the senior management.

- Facilitate legal/ title related due diligence by coordinating between the legal team and landowners.

- Manage & Maintain good relationship with landowners, agents & PMCs all related stake holders

- Survey the environment to identify and benchmark best practices, latest developments and potential areas of growth in the industry.
