JOB SUMMARY :
- Candidate will be leading the Business development team within Transactions vertical for the Western region
- Candidates from Real estate background would be preferred
- Candidates with superior communication, presentation and excel skills would be preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generating leads through strong network in the Real Estate, International Property Consultants, Local Brokers, Developers, Builders & correlated industries.
- Meeting with prospective corporate clients (B2B) and making brief presentation of projects executed by the firm.
- Manage activities of commercial brokers & updating management with recent transactions.
- Experiences in managing all phase of sales development cycles, from prospecting and cold calling through detailed presentation & negotiation to closing and follow-up activities.
- Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.
- Ability to work in a team but also prioritize individual workloads according to deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS :
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors/Masters from a recognized university
- Incase of MBA qualification, majors in Marketing/Sales is preferred
Experience :
- 8 + Years in sales/business development/ CRM profile
- Past exposure to similar background / experience to be given weightage
