General Manager - Business Development

We are hiring for a General Manager (Business Development) having experience of 6+ years in a similar role. Looking for a candidate who has good expertise in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Discovering untapped business prospects and emerging market trends, crafting innovative strategies to harness their potential for growth and success.

- Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strengthening and Maintaining the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.

- Partner closely with marketing teams to conceive and execute captivating marketing campaigns and initiatives, strategically aligned to bolster business development endeavors.

- Monitoring and Reporting the Key Performance metrics including the market share of the organization.

- Lead and motivate the business development team and represent the company at industry events, and conferences.

Requirements:

- Having a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a Master's degree is preferred.

- Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in marketing.

- Strong leadership and management skills is required.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required.

- Forward-looking strategist endowed with sharp business intuition, adept at recognizing and leveraging lucrative market openings.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
