General Manager - Business Development - Building Products Division

- This opportunity is with a leading Building Products Division of a company

- The position will lead all Business Development activities for Building Product division i.e. responsible for all brands

- Having strong networking & exposure with Specifiers ( Architects, PMC's, Interior designers, Influencers etc)

- Develop & strengthen brand/s with Architects, Builders, PMC's & Specifiers develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc

- Maintaining relationship with large builders

- Will be expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment

- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
