Client is the largest media house in India having iconic brands in TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH.

Job Description

Brand Management

- Creating the brand positioning and vocabulary for the brand.

- Strategizing on the marketing programs required basis understanding of the challenges of the brand.

- Creating the brand template; owning and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

External communication

- Conceptualizing and implementing campaigns, both ATL & BTL as deemed fit, to enhance the relevance of the business for potential investee businesses and internal stakeholders.

- Create a strong eco -system that will act as the brand support in business development efforts.

- Monitor competitive activities, brand health and brand share. Propose action to defend against competitive initiatives.

- Own and manage brand activity and murmur in the digital space.

- Introduce new online initiatives and maintain online presence that is in line with the brand strategy.

- Provide Business team all support material - Brand Literature/templates.

Internal Communication

- Build and manage Brand engagement opportunities for all key internal stake holders

Desired Skills and Qualifications

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Brand Management/Marketing roles

- Ideation, Strategic thinking, creativity and ability to execute tasks independently

- Ability to work an entrepreneurial environment while defining and establishing standards and structures.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills

- MBA/ PG in marketing/advertising from a Good Institute
