General Manager - Brand Management - Luxury Retail

- Direct and lead the Brand Communication for internal and external stakeholders of the company.

- Develop integrated marketing & communication plans for Brand Awareness and Lead Generation for - Business enquiries and sales leads company owned clinics in India.

- Training and marketing support to franchisee centres in India & Internationally.

- Plan & Execute strategic campaigns for Advertising, PR, ATL/BTL, Digital/Direct marketing and creative writing . Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign.

- Team Handling.

- New store opening for India & International centres - Internal & External Branding, Database Generation, - Sales & Marketing Training, Digital campaigns, Work cross-functionally with all corporate team leaders and clinic managers to guide and support the development of marketing plans to support their business goals.

- Heading the content & creative development.

- Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, corporate films, coffee table books, newsletters, e-newsletters and hoardings.

- Handle Social Media handles & ORM for the company.

- Agency Relations Management: Co-ordination with Advertising/Media/PR/Events & Web agencies
