Scope and Summary: The role-holder will be responsible for driving the brand strategy and communication initiatives for the corporate brand. With experience in corporate branding, will play a role in shaping the company's image, ensuring a consistent brand identity, and effectively communicating message to various stakeholders.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. Define the brand's positioning, messaging, and long-term vision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of brand communication professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
- Corporate Branding: Manage and enhance the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Campaign Management: Branding and communication campaigns to promote the company's products, services, and initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and media outlets.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand communication budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies while achieving maximum impact.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, conducting market research to inform brand decisions.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect the company's reputation in challenging situations.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of branding and communication efforts.
Experience & Qualifications
- Masters' degree/ MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in communications/corporate branding, with a track record of success in a large company-Indian/ MNC or a well-known advertising agency.
- Open to travel and relocate.
- Knowledge and experience of Digital Communications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
