With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional for their setup in Hyderabad.

Job Description: Reporting to the Director, you shall be responsible for:

- Day to Day operations including transactions processing, Client Service Delivery and Operations and Systemic Controls

- Analyse current workflow, processes & systems and recommend ways to make it more efficient

- Key stakeholder in defining & implementing operating model for the global offshore location across each business & product line in scope

- On-going planning and management of resource requirements both strategically and day-to-day basis

- Accountable for Process and Risk Management of the team post the transition of functions

- Accountable for client satisfaction and service impact

- Integration of any IT or Infrastructure developments or changes to process

- Keep Client Management by providing regular metrics

- Responsible for recruitment and training of new team

- Establish, build & maintain effective partnership and relationships with regional heads at the clients

- Responsible for performance evaluation, leave management and other administrative functions

The Successful Candidate:

- 12-15 years of strong International Banking and Financial Services Operations

- Derivative product and process knowledge ideally in a middle-office / Business facing capacity

- Strong risk management & control focus / proven experience

- Relationship building skills

- To develop and build working relationships with diverse groups and senior executives

- Client focus - Role involves servicing highly sensitive Stakeholders and managing the Client experience is one of the key deliverables

- People management - ability to manage large teams, develop key talent, as well as manage the expectations of people. Ability to manage groups remotely across multiple locations.
