- Candidate should be from Human Capital Consulting background with analyzing, taking New Initiative, Design, Formulating, and Implementation of these Initiatives (End to End) Related Organization Transformation, Restructuring, Change Management, Leadership, HR Technology and Software, PMS, C&B, Incentive Plan, Leave Policy, Proposals or any other HR Operation Related.
