Role: General Manager / AVP / Vice President Sales
Job Location: Chennai Corporate Office
Client is into Sea Food processing and has a national distribution for their various products. Candidates currently heading National Sales responsibility in a Foods/Personal Care category are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the sales strategy and growth plans for the region in line with the vision of the organization.
- Monitor and review the performance against the planned objectives.
- Responsible for achievement of Sales targets through effective Sales strategies.
- Responsible for the coordination of Sales and Distribution activities across the assigned regions.
- Set up Sales Systems & Procedures to enhance productivity & performance.
- Devise plans for market expansion and focus on improvements / provide recommendations to the Management.
Candidate Background:
- Candidate from FMCG / Consumer Durable sales with an experience of 15-25 years is required for this position.
- Candidate who has worked extensively in Andhra Pradesh especially the Coastal Belt with Telugu language speaking fluency is mandatory for this position.
- Good knowledge of Southern markets is a must.
- Should be comfortable to work out of Chennai location.
