1. Training need identification
2. Training design and delivery for the assigned process(es)
3. Measuring training effectiveness
4. Capability building for employees.
5. Aligning training with organizational people development goals.
6. Training budget and utilization
Desired Profile:
- 15+ years of overall experience with majority in Training and development
- Experience in Process and Soft Skill Trainings
- BPO Training experience is mandatory
- Senior stakeholder management capability
