Responsible to manage short term borrowing, working capital and vendor management. 7. Hedging the project foreign exchange Cash-Flow set up the process, agreement (ISDA) &amp; Policy for managing the hedging of forex exposure &amp; continuous monitoring. 8. Managing forecast Vs actual cash management &amp; track the development. 9. Designated CMS operation for the Company and executed it on various levels/ departments; evaluating the internal control, with a focus on faster money pooling &amp; development. 10. Implement different measures to control business leakage in fund management. 11. Ability to lead a banking team and develop talents that subsequently drive value across the business. . 12. Responsible for Team annual appraisals, career pathing &amp; talent review with leadership. Academic Qualifications : Chartered Accountant, having at least 10 years of experience. Work Experience &amp; skills : 1. Several year of experience in a business of finance environment 2. Strong communication and networking skills. 3.
