General Manager/AVP - Delivery - BFSI

- To lead delivery, Architecture review and quality systems and support teams for implementation of Products and Solutions in the assigned geographies and industry verticals. Establish and foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders along with providing thought leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development and / or implementation process.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology oriented field required. Masters (MBA or technical masters) is preferred

- Relevant Experience 15+ years of experience of on-site and remote delivery projects in Banking and other verticals in any of the geographies- Middle East, Africa, Europe, Canada, US

- Proven project management skills with demonstrated experience in a consulting environment

- Conversant in cloud technology and data center deployment

- Experience with formal project management techniques (i.e. Formal status reporting and client communication, budget/scope management and change controls, and project team direction and technical leadership)

- Demonstrable experience in developing and rolling out customer satisfaction improvement programs

- Significant experience of leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an offshore environment

- Able to work independently with a positive problem-solving attitude

- Solid work ethic with a willingness to work overtime

- Willingness to travel as needed
