General Manager - Audit - Retail

Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Experience - 12-15 years’ experience in the Audit Function preferably in Retail Industry.

Job Profile-

- Develop the perception of internal audit function as valuable, proactive, & contributing management tool.

- Ensure best-in class Compliance and uniformity in systems & procedures with a view to eliminate wastage, inefficiencies, & low capacity utilization.

- To formulate and implement loss prevention strategies particularly through stock audits.

- Design, co-ordinate and finalise the audit reports of the 3rd party CA firm.

- Hold meetings with the auditors to brief them about the findings & to draw action plans to take remedial measures.
