Required Primary Skills

- Excellent Laisoning Skills and network in Government Offices for Tendering. Knowledge of E-Procurement, Government E-Market Place.

- Letter drafting, Attending Pre-Bid Meeting, Attending Technical Bid Opening and Financial Bid Opening.

- Rate Analysis of items. Excellent strategy ability to win Tenders.

Required Secondary Skills -

- Excellent man manager, can handle & a large team.

- Can deliver targets, win tenders, get collection on time, good MIS skills, communication skills. - Responsible for managing andn grooming tendering team.
