Sales - Super Luxury Real Estate (AGM / GM / AVP / VP)
- Generating sales through the Super HNI customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.
- Follow up with potential customers for arranging their visit to the Experience Centre / Site visits etc.
- Competition analysis in the Luxury segment on a regular basis and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
- Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing roadshows and other sales promotional activities.
- Maintain visibility in the HNI network.
- Evaluate new channels of communication, maintain productivity.
- Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners:
- Liaise with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans.
- Managing the whole Sales Life Cycle from lead generation to showcasing the property to closing the sale.
- Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the company's promoters & senior leadership team to conceptualize new marketing strategies & effective closures.
- Spearheading association with influential groups & associations. Introducing fresh channel networks to the company.
Must have :
- 12+ years experience in High-value Real Estate / Wealth Management in a Leading Bank / BFSI Sector / Luxury Automobile / Hotels
- Relevant experience in selling of High-value products to HNIs / UHNIs.
- Experience in selling Luxury products
- Ability to network and manage the relationship with all key stakeholders
