GM/AVP - PMO
Role: The Project Management Officer will be a part of the Group MD's office and will drive and support the following
- Support strategic planning and implementation of annual business goals
- Manage MIS, dash boards and analyse data to drive decision making / business performance
- P&L and Cash Flow Management
- Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis
- Provide strategic and operational leadership oversight to turnkey projects
- Project Management for all locations across Business Units
- Manage Cost, Revenue and Variance Analysis
- Work with CXOs / Department Heads on corporate strategy, business transformation and other critical projects
- Support the MD/CXO's in re-aligning business strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Work on cost optimization, operational efficiency, capacity utilization across functions
Ideal Candidate profile:
- 8 -12 years of work experience in a similar profile
- MBA / CA from Top Tier Business School - IIM / XLRI / ISB
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have worked with CXO/D level stakeholders in the past
- Efficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PPT, Excel, Project etc
- Exposure to Hyperion, SAP will be added advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced growth environment
- Work with multiple stakeholders and manage cordial relations with multiple departments
