General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Online Retail Sales - Food & Beverages

- Responsible to drive the web aggregator channel, contributing to the revenue growth.

- Required to chart out a long-term view of the web aggregator channel's path that the company will follow for revenue growth.

- Develop and execute an integrated web aggregator approach that meets the company's periodic objectives.

This will include the following :

- Sales through web aggregators

- Design an annual roadmap with the goal to achieve sales targets.

- Identifying and acquiring potential web aggregators across the industry with the optimum emphasis on quality, compliance, and business potential.

- Channel Management: Manage the operations (campaigns, partners and internal teams) across different functions daily to meet the business goals.

- Achieve optimal user metrics by increasing visibility/serviceability, reducing spillage & restaurant driven cancellations, maintaining optimal kitchen preparation time & food order ready time etc.

- Head, plan & register entire restaurant partners portfolio on Hyperlocal platforms viz. Zomato & Swiggy.

- Relationship management with aggregators across different levels from top management to middle management.

- Monitor the presales activities at web aggregator's end to ensure choice being pitched to customers properly.

- Work with the products team for sharing the market info on the leading product trends and feedback to them for new product development.

- Conceptualize and execute campaigns to motivate the partners.

- Effective management of logistic partner

- Tracking logins and Issuance

- Minimize customer and partner complaints.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Postgraduate in Management, preferably with a degree / diploma in hotel management.

- 12+ years of retail sales experience, with 3+ years in online retail sales environment.
