Looking for HR professional for an MNC organization someone who has worked in Retail and QSR space with experience in Implementing Performance Management System,HRIS and knowledge on Esops policy will be an added advantage.
- MBA from Good B school with 10+yrs exp in Corporate HR role who been involved in driving engagement.
- Must ensure robust compliance to the performance management process .
- Must have done hiring for Senior level and HOD's
- Drive Engagement with employees
- Ensure the performance management process is communicated in a timely manner to all employees and that the training on performance management system and process is given to all employees
- HR Systems and processes, Talent Acquisition and retention, Performance Planning and Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development, Change Management, Capability Building.
