GM / AVP HR
- Partner with business / functional leaders to manage all HR activities from hire to retire for specific Business/functions.
- Partner with business / functional leaders to manage the entire HR for specific Business/functions to attract and retain our employees.
- Provide functional leadership to influence business decisions and provide timely advice/suggestion to help achieve results.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Conducts regular meetings with respective business units/ Functional/Managers.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and day-to-day management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation - Responsible for Employee Engagement initiative for business/function and creating a winning culture - Establish a strong connect with the employees through proper channels of communication such as regular meeting, Town Halls, Skip Levels, Reach out and Motivating mails to the employees etc.
- Build a strong workforce and retain key talents through talent development and training programs - Drive a performance culture through performance management process, performance improvement plan and probation performance review tools - Build a culture of Innovation, Customer Centricity, Accountability, Respect and Excellence through a variety of recognition and engagement programs - Responsible for establishing proper reward and recognition programs with the guidance of Business /Functional Leaders / reporting manager.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies Responsible for overall HR Operations for the Business / function.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met."
